Low vision and partial sight affect many business owners. If you find our portal or documents difficult to use visually, these options may help.
Portal accessibility
The Credicorp client portal is designed to work with browser accessibility settings and assistive technology. Adjustments you can make in your browser or operating system:
- Text size: Use your browser's built-in zoom (typically Ctrl/Cmd +) to increase text size. The portal layout adapts to accommodate larger text.
- High contrast: Enable your operating system's high contrast mode (Windows: Settings → Ease of Access → High Contrast; macOS: Accessibility → Display → Increase Contrast). The portal respects these system-level settings.
- Screen magnification: Tools like Windows Magnifier or macOS Zoom work with the portal.
- Screen readers: The portal supports screen readers including NVDA and JAWS on Windows and VoiceOver on Mac and iOS. See screen reader compatibility for specific guidance.
Documents and statements
All documents and statements available for download are in PDF format. PDFs can be read by screen readers and PDF magnification tools. If you require a document in a different format — for example, a plain-text or large-print version — request this via the Accessibility and communication preferences form.
Alternative communication
If reading emails or portal messages is difficult, you can request that all significant communications are handled by telephone instead. Use the Accessibility and communication preferences form to set this preference.
Delegating portal access
If managing the portal independently is difficult, you can grant a trusted colleague, director, or adviser view or admin access to act on your behalf. See how to add or remove a portal user.
