Using a screen reader with the Credicorp portal

We are committed to making our online services accessible to everyone, including those who rely on screen readers and other assistive technology. Here is what you need to know about screen-reader compatibility across our services.

Supported screen readers

Our portal and help centre have been tested with the following:

  • NVDA (Windows) with Firefox and Chrome
  • JAWS (Windows) with Chrome and Edge
  • VoiceOver (macOS and iOS) with Safari
  • TalkBack (Android) with Chrome

If you use a different combination and encounter a problem, please let us know.

Known accessible features

  • All form fields have associated labels readable by screen readers.
  • Error messages are announced inline with the relevant field.
  • Interactive elements (buttons, links) have descriptive text — there are no "click here" links.
  • PDF documents produced by the portal (statements, loan agreements) are tagged for accessibility.

How to get a document in an accessible format

If a PDF from the portal is not working correctly with your screen reader, contact us using the Additional Support Needs form and request the document as plain text or accessible HTML. We will provide it within 5 business days.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you encounter any part of our website, portal, or documents that is not working correctly with your assistive technology, please report it via the Additional Support Needs form or email us directly. We treat accessibility reports as priority issues.
