If you use voice control, switch access, eye-gaze technology, or another alternative input device, this guide explains how our portal works with these tools and what alternatives are available.
Voice control
The Credicorp portal supports voice control software including Dragon NaturallySpeaking (Windows) and Voice Control (macOS/iOS). Interactive elements — buttons, form fields, links — are labelled in a way that allows voice commands to target them accurately. If you encounter an element that your voice control software cannot reliably target, please report it using the Accessibility and communication preferences form and we will investigate.
Keyboard-only navigation
All portal functions can be completed without a mouse — the portal is fully navigable by keyboard. Tab moves focus between interactive elements; Enter or Space activates buttons. If you find a section where keyboard focus is lost or navigation is non-sequential, please report it.
Switch access
Switch-access users typically use the keyboard or a scanning interface that emulates keystrokes. Keyboard-navigable portals work with most switch-access setups. If your switch interface has difficulty with any specific part of the portal, contact us and we will try to provide an alternative route for that task.
Eye-gaze technology
Eye-gaze systems typically work by emulating mouse movements. The portal's standard mouse-accessible interface is compatible with most eye-gaze setups. Targets (buttons and links) are sized to facilitate accurate selection.
If you encounter a barrier
If any part of the portal is inaccessible to your specific assistive technology, contact us via the Accessibility and communication preferences form. Describe the task you are trying to complete and the tool you are using, and we will find an alternative route — whether by telephone, email, or a manual workaround handled by our team.
