Statements are your company's records, and you are entitled to copies. If you have lost one, need a fresh PDF for your accountant, or a period is not showing, requesting a duplicate is simple.
Getting a copy yourself first
Before asking us, check whether you can simply re-download it — every issued statement stays in your account history as a PDF. See finding an old statement in your history and how to download your statement as a PDF. That is the fastest route and needs no request.
Asking us to reissue
If a statement is not in your history, or you need one covering a non-standard period, contact support with the facility and the dates and we will reissue it or produce a custom date-range statement — see a statement for a custom date range. If you need it in an accessible format, say so — see requesting an accessible-format statement.
Is there a charge?
You can view and download your statements yourself at no cost. For whether a charge applies to a manually produced copy of documents, see is there a charge for requesting copies of documents.
Credicorp lends to companies rather than to you personally, so this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime. That does not change the practical steps below.
