The free route
Every issued statement is available as a PDF in your account history at no cost. Re-download it whenever you need a copy. See finding an old statement in your history and requesting a duplicate or reissued statement.
If you ask us to produce one
For a manually produced copy of documents, whether any charge applies is set out in your agreement — see is there a charge for requesting copies of documents. In most cases a routine reissue is straightforward. A custom date-range statement is also available — see a statement for a custom date range.
Check your agreement
Your Business Loan Agreement lists the fees that can apply. See what fees could apply to my facility.
