If a standard PDF doesn’t work for you, we can provide statements and loan documents in an accessible format — large print, high-contrast, or another arrangement that suits your needs. You can ask for a one-off, or set it as your default so every statement arrives the way you need it.
How to request it
- Set an accessibility preference in Account > Contacts & notifications > Accessibility, or
- Ask through our forms or support, telling us the format you need and whether it’s a one-off or ongoing.
What we can offer
Common formats include large print and high-contrast versions; if you need something else, tell us and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. Setting the preference once means we apply it to future documents automatically, so you’re not repeating the request. Accessibility is part of treating customers fairly, and it costs you nothing to ask.
Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
