You’re entitled to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold. For a company account that typically covers the individuals connected to it — directors, authorised users — and the information tied to them.
How to request it
- Ask through Account > Data & privacy, our data-request form, or by contacting us.
- Tell us whose data you’re requesting and confirm your authority to ask.
- We verify identity and authority before releasing anything.
What happens next
We respond within the timeframe our privacy notice sets out, providing the data in a usable format. Verification matters here more than anywhere — releasing personal data to the wrong person is exactly what the process exists to prevent, so a genuine request never resents the check. If you also want to correct or erase data, tell us; some records we must keep to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Whenever a change touches money, access or your company’s data, we verify the request is genuinely from an authorised person before we act. We will never ask you to confirm full security details by email or phone to release information or push through a change — if a message pressures you to do that, treat it as suspicious and contact us to check.
