Things to know
- Use your full email address as the username on both servers — including the
@credicorp.co.ukpart. Just the name before the@will not sign you in. - IMAP only — there is no POP. IMAP keeps your mail, folders and read/unread status in sync across every device, so we do not offer POP downloads.
- Encryption is required. Incoming uses SSL/TLS on port 993; outgoing uses STARTTLS on port 587. Don’t turn encryption off, and don’t use the older unencrypted ports (143 or 25).
- Same details for both servers. The incoming and outgoing servers share the same name, username and password — outgoing simply needs “authentication required” switched on.
- Your password is your normal Credicorp mailbox password, the same one you use to sign in to webmail.

What is the incoming mail server for Credicorp email?
The incoming (IMAP) server is mail.credicorp.co.uk on port 993 using SSL/TLS. Sign in with your full email address as the username and your mailbox password.
What is the outgoing (SMTP) server for Credicorp email?
The outgoing (SMTP) server is mail.credicorp.co.uk on port 587 using STARTTLS. Authentication is required — use the same full email address and password as your incoming server.
Does Credicorp Mail support POP?
No. Credicorp Mail is IMAP only. IMAP keeps your mail in sync across every device, so we do not offer POP.
What should I use as my username?
Always use your full email address (for example you@credicorp.co.uk) as the username for both the incoming and outgoing servers. Just the part before the @ will not work.
My email app cannot connect — what should I check?
