What is the incoming mail server for Credicorp email?

The incoming (IMAP) server is mail.credicorp.co.uk on port 993 using SSL/TLS. Sign in with your full email address as the username and your mailbox password.

What is the outgoing (SMTP) server for Credicorp email?

The outgoing (SMTP) server is mail.credicorp.co.uk on port 587 using STARTTLS. Authentication is required — use the same full email address and password as your incoming server.

Does Credicorp Mail support POP?

No. Credicorp Mail is IMAP only. IMAP keeps your mail in sync across every device, so we do not offer POP.

What should I use as my username?

Always use your full email address (for example you@credicorp.co.uk) as the username for both the incoming and outgoing servers. Just the part before the @ will not work.
