How do I use my account on my phone?

The portal works in your phone’s browser, so you can check your balance, request a drawdown, make a payment or download a statement wherever you are — no separate app needed.

Getting set up

  • Open your phone browser and go to the portal address, then sign in.
  • Add it to your home screen for one-tap access next time.
  • Keep two-factor authentication on — it’s especially worth it on a device that travels with you.

On the move, sensibly

Everything you can do on a desktop you can do on mobile, but be mindful where you do it: avoid signing in over open public Wi-Fi, and lock your phone. If your phone is lost or stolen, you can sign it out remotely from another device in Account > Security > Devices, and change your password to be safe.

Whenever a change touches money, access or your company’s data, we verify the request is genuinely from an authorised person before we act. We will never ask you to confirm full security details by email or phone to release information or push through a change — if a message pressures you to do that, treat it as suspicious and contact us to check.
