How do I check my bank details are verified before I draw down?

Credicorp pays drawdowns only to a verified UK business bank account in your company’s name. Checking the account shows as verified before you request funds avoids a hold at the moment you actually need the money.

How to check

  • Go to Account > Banking details.
  • Look for the Verified status against the account, and the sort code and last digits you expect.
  • If it shows Pending, a drawdown will be held until we complete the check — usually within one working day.

If it isn’t verified

Upload a recent business bank statement (dated within the last 90 days) showing the company name, sort code and account number, and we’ll verify it. If you know a drawdown is coming, do this a day or two ahead rather than on the day — the check can’t be skipped, but planning around it means it never delays you.

Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
