How do I change what appears on my dashboard?

Your dashboard is the at-a-glance view of your facility. If you always check the same two or three figures, you can arrange it so they’re the first thing you see when you sign in.

What you can surface

  • Current outstanding balance and next payment date.
  • For Flex: available headroom (limit minus what’s drawn).
  • Recent transactions and the latest statement.
  • Any action needed — a pending verification or approval.

How to arrange it

Open the dashboard and use Customise to show, hide and reorder the panels. Your layout is saved to your login, so each user can set the view that suits their role — a director watching headroom, a bookkeeper watching the next collection. Changing your own view never affects what anyone else sees, and it never changes the underlying figures — it only decides which of them greet you first.

If you only ever check one thing, put it top-left where your eye lands. A tidy dashboard turns signing in from a chore into a two-second health check, which makes it far more likely you actually do it.

Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
