You requested a settlement figure intending to clear the facility, but the money you were relying on — a sale, a refinance, a big receipt — did not come through in time. That is disappointing but easily managed: the facility simply continues on its normal schedule.
The settlement figure just lapses
A settlement figure is only valid to a stated date. If you do not pay it, nothing happens to the account except that the figure expires — your normal repayments continue as before. See requesting a settlement figure and why the settlement figure differs from the balance.
Keep the schedule running
Make sure the next scheduled collection is funded, since you are staying on the normal schedule. If you paused overpayments while saving for settlement, that is fine — just keep the scheduled collection covered. See keeping enough funds in your account for collection.
If the money is coming later
When the funds do arrive, request a fresh settlement figure valid to the new date and settle then. See how early settlement works. If the shortfall is a wider cash-flow problem, talk to us — see my business cash flow is tight this month.
Credicorp lends to companies rather than to you personally, so this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime. That does not change the practical steps below.
