Waiting on a verification, reset or statement email that hasn’t shown up is frustrating, but it’s usually a deliverability issue you can fix in a couple of minutes.
Quick checks
- Look in spam / junk and any “promotions” or “other” folders.
- Confirm the email on your account is the one you’re checking — a typo sends it elsewhere.
- Add our sending domain to your safe senders so future mail lands.
- If your company uses a spam filter or gateway, ask IT to allow our domain.
If it still doesn’t arrive
Request the email again after making those changes. If it’s a password reset, wait a few minutes between attempts, as multiple requests can supersede each other. Still nothing? Contact us — we’ll check the address on file and confirm nothing is bouncing. Keeping your email current and deliverable is the single best fix for this.
Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
