An important email that lands in spam might as well not have arrived. A one-off whitelist means our statement notices, payment alerts and security emails reliably reach you.
How to whitelist us
- Add our sending address to your safe senders / contacts.
- If your company runs a spam gateway, ask IT to allow our domain.
- Move any of our messages currently in spam to your inbox and mark them not junk.
Belt and braces
Even with email flowing, keep the important alerts on SMS too — a failed-payment or security alert is worth a text so it can’t be missed. And check the email address on your account is current; the tidiest whitelist can’t rescue mail sent to an old address.
Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
