On a shared device, the main protection is your secure login — nobody can see your application, offer or account without signing in as you. The practical habits that matter are signing out when you finish and not leaving the browser logged in on a machine others use.
Your login is the gate
Everything sensitive sits behind sign-in at the client login, in your portal — not lying around in email. So even on a communal office computer, a colleague cannot open your offer without your credentials. This is part of keeping your data safe.
- Sign out when you are done, rather than just closing the tab.
- Avoid saving the password in a shared browser.
- Do the bank-connection step on your own phone if you prefer — can i apply from my phone.
Access on our side too
Internally, access is limited to those who need it — who at credicorp can see my application. And you should never share your password, even with a colleague — the same rule that keeps scammers out.
Apply, and sign out when you step away.
We lend only to UK limited companies and LLPs, the loan is to the company with no director personal guarantee, and this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime — as an exempt lender under Article 60B of the Regulated Activities Order we sit outside FCA consumer-credit regulation, so the Financial Ombudsman Service and FSCS do not apply.
