Need-to-know access
Much of the assessment is automated, so a great deal of processing happens without a person reading your details at all — see is the decision automated or reviewed by a person. Where a human review or a support conversation is needed, the relevant team member has access for that purpose, under controls that log and limit what they can see.

Your rights

Apply with access kept tight.
We lend only to UK limited companies and LLPs, the loan is to the company with no director personal guarantee, and this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime — as an exempt lender under Article 60B of the Regulated Activities Order we sit outside FCA consumer-credit regulation, so the Financial Ombudsman Service and FSCS do not apply.
