How to withdraw your Open Banking consent with Credicorp

When you connected your business bank account during a Credicorp application, you gave consent for a regulated Open Banking provider to share your transaction data with us. You can withdraw this consent at any time, though there are some practical points to consider.

Revoking consent via your bank

The most direct route is through your own bank's app or online banking portal. Look for a section called Connected apps, Open Banking, Third-party access, or similar (the exact menu name varies by bank). Find Credicorp (or the Open Banking provider name shown on your consent screen) and revoke the permission.

Revoking consent via the Open Banking provider

Open Banking connections in the UK are made through an FCA-regulated Account Information Service Provider (AISP). Your bank's consent screen showed the provider's name. Many AISPs have their own consent management portal where you can revoke permissions — check the provider's website.

Effect on your Credicorp account

Revoking your Open Banking consent prevents us from accessing new bank data going forward. It does not:

  • Delete data we have already received and processed for your application or assessment.
  • Cancel or change any existing loan or facility agreement.
  • Affect your current repayment schedule or obligations.

If you want to delete the bank data we hold, that is a separate data deletion request — see how to ask us to delete your data.

If you need to reconnect later

If you apply for a top-up or new facility in the future and have revoked consent, you will be asked to connect your bank again. See how to reconnect Open Banking after consent expires.
