If you can see a payment is going to be difficult, the most valuable thing you can do is tell us before it fails, not after. Early contact opens support that a missed collection closes off.
How to flag it
- Contact us as soon as you know — through Account > Support or by phone.
- Explain the situation briefly and what you expect — a short delay, a partial payment, a tighter few weeks.
- We’ll talk through the options open to you.
Why early matters
Reaching out early is treated as exactly what it is — responsible management — and there’s genuine, no-friction support for a business under temporary pressure. Options are broadest before a payment fails and narrow once it does, with knock-on costs to you. You won’t be judged for asking; a good lender expects it, and helping you through a rough patch is in both our interests.
Credicorp lends to UK limited companies and LLPs, not to individuals. The agreement is with the company and carries no director personal guarantee. Because this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime, it is not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS — our own complaints process is the route if something goes wrong.
