Occasionally a payment is queried — a supplier chain, an audit, or a mismatch somewhere. Your account gives you clean evidence that a payment was made and where it went.
Your evidence trail
- The payment receipt / confirmation from the portal, with date, amount and reference.
- The statement line showing it posted to the account.
- Your own bank confirmation showing the money leaving your account.
Putting it together
Those three tie the payment end to end: it left your bank, it reached us, and it was allocated to your facility. Download the receipt and the relevant statement, and pair them with your bank record. Because everything is dated and referenced, a queried payment is quick to substantiate. If a payment genuinely didn’t match — usually a wrong reference — raise it with the details and we’ll locate it.
Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
