Statements

How do I raise a query on my statement and track it to resolution?

If something on a statement genuinely doesn’t look right, raising it well gets it resolved fastest. Give us the specifics and there’s little back-and-forth.

Raising it

  • Note the date, amount and description of the entry in question.
  • Say what you expected instead and why — for example, “this repayment shows twice”.
  • Submit through Account > Support or the statement-query form.

Tracking it

You’ll get an acknowledgement and a reference. We investigate, then either explain the entry (often it’s a timing difference) or correct it if it’s wrong. If a correction changes your balance, it appears on your account and the next statement. If you’re not satisfied with how it’s handled, our complaints process is open to you — though as business finance, this isn’t covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Credicorp lends to UK limited companies and LLPs, not to individuals. The agreement is with the company and carries no director personal guarantee. Because this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime, it is not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS — our own complaints process is the route if something goes wrong.
