How do I get a receipt for a payment I’ve made?

For your books, an expense record or simple peace of mind, you can get confirmation of any payment on the account — both money you’ve paid us and drawdowns paid to you.

Where to find it

  • Go to Payments or Account > Activity.
  • Open the transaction and choose Download receipt / confirmation.
  • Save the PDF for your records.

What it shows

The confirmation gives the date, amount, method and reference, and which facility it relates to. It’s the tidy counterpart to your statement for a single transaction — handy when someone needs proof of one specific payment rather than the whole history. Keep these with your monthly bookkeeping so nothing has to be reconstructed later.

A receipt evidences one transaction; a statement evidences the whole period. For most day-to-day needs the receipt is enough, but pair it with the statement line when you want to show a payment both left your side and was allocated to the account. Both download as PDFs you can file or forward.

Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
