If you cannot get into your online account when a payment is due — a forgotten password, a locked login — the payment can still be made. Do not let an access problem turn into a missed collection.
Your Direct Debit still runs
If you pay by Direct Debit, being locked out of the portal does not stop the collection — it runs from your bank on the due date regardless of whether you can sign in. So the immediate priority is simply making sure the collection account is funded. Access to the portal is about viewing and managing, not about the collection happening.
Paying manually while locked out
If you need to make a manual payment and cannot reach your statement for the reference, use the reference from a previous statement or your offer, or contact support to confirm it. Then pay by bank transfer as normal — see paying by bank transfer and what reference to use.
Getting back in
Regain access as soon as you can so you can see your balance and statements. Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page, and if that does not work contact support. Once back in, check nothing was missed. See how to view your payment history and statements.
Credicorp lends to companies rather than to you personally, so this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime. That does not change the practical steps below.
