  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised access — contact us immediately and secure the account (change password, review users).
  • A payment you can’t cover — tell us before it fails; there’s no-friction support and more options the earlier you call.
  • An urgent drawdown held on verification — ask us to prioritise the review; we can’t skip it, but we can speed it.

Have your details ready

Quote your company name and number or account reference, and be ready to verify you’re authorised — that check is what protects you, and having the details to hand makes it fast. For anything genuinely urgent we’ll act promptly; keeping your contact details current means we can reach you back just as quickly.
