Closing your account ends your login, so anything you might want later needs saving first. Ten minutes now avoids a verified request — or a gap — down the line.
Grab-everything checklist
- Every statement for each facility — the full history, not just recent.
- Your agreement and Key Information Sheet.
- Any year-end summaries and settlement confirmations.
- An export of your account history as a CSV for your books.
Where to store it
File it by financial year in secure storage you’ll still have in six years — records should be kept that long or more. Treat the documents as the financial records they are: stored securely, shared carefully. Once saved, you can close the account knowing nothing’s stranded behind a login you no longer have.
Whenever a change touches money, access or your company’s data, we verify the request is genuinely from an authorised person before we act. We will never ask you to confirm full security details by email or phone to release information or push through a change — if a message pressures you to do that, treat it as suspicious and contact us to check.
