How do I find a statement for a facility I’ve already closed?

Closing a facility doesn’t make its history vanish. While your account remains open, statements for a closed facility stay available to download; keeping your own archive covers you beyond that.

Where to look

  • Sign in and go to Statements or Documents.
  • Use the filter to include closed facilities or an older date range.
  • Download the statements you need.

Plan for the long term

Business records should be kept for at least six years, and you may need a closed facility’s figures long after it ended — for an audit, an enquiry or a sale. So don’t rely solely on the portal: download and archive the closing statement and year-end summary when you settle. If you’ve closed your whole account and can’t sign in, contact us and we’ll help you obtain historic records, verifying your authority first.
