How do I check a drawdown has actually reached my bank?

After you request a drawdown, you can confirm it’s been sent and check your own bank for the credit. Most reach the account quickly, but it’s good to know where to look if one seems slow.

Check the portal first

  • Go to Account > Facility or your recent transactions.
  • Confirm the drawdown shows as paid rather than pending.
  • Note the amount and date so you can match it against your bank.

If it hasn’t landed

Once a payment shows as paid our end, it’s on its way; the last leg is your bank crediting the account, which can lag by a short while, and weekends or bank holidays can add a day. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, check the destination account is your verified account and contact us with the amount and date so we can trace it.

Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
