How to request one
- Go to Account > Facility > Request a drawdown.
- Enter the amount — it must be within your available headroom.
- Confirm the destination account (your verified business account) and submit.
What happens next
Provided your bank details are verified and the amount is within headroom, the drawdown is processed and paid out. If your account shows as pending verification, the drawdown is held until that’s complete — usually within a working day — so it’s worth checking your details are verified before you need the money. Interest is charged only on what you’ve actually drawn, and repaying rebuilds your headroom to draw again.
Your facility is priced with simple interest and the figures fixed up front on your Key Information Sheet, so nothing here changes what you owe by surprise — it only changes how you view, manage or evidence it.
