Your Credicorp portal keeps records of all your loans and Flex facilities, including ones that are fully repaid and closed. Here is how to find documents from earlier facilities.
Finding documents for a closed facility
- Sign in to the portal at clients.credicorp.co.uk/login.
- In your account dashboard, look for a Past facilities or Previous loans section. Closed facilities are archived separately from your active loan summary.
- Select the facility you need. You can then access the Loan documents (agreement, KIS, settlement confirmation) and Statements for that closed facility.
If the facility does not appear
Very old facilities — typically those that pre-date the current portal version — may not be directly accessible via the documents tab. If a specific statement or document is not visible:
- Use the General Support Enquiry form to request the document.
- State the approximate date of the facility and the type of document you need (statement, agreement, settlement letter).
- We can produce copies of documents going back to the start of your account. This typically takes 5 business days.
Useful documents from previous loans and when you need them
- Loan agreement: needed by accountants for audit and bookkeeping, or by solicitors during a company sale or financing event.
- Statements: needed for reconciling your accounts and for corporation tax purposes (deductible interest paid).
- Settlement confirmation: proof that a loan is fully repaid — useful for business credit checks or if you are refinancing and a new lender asks for a debt clearance letter.
- Key Information Sheet: shows the original cost of credit — useful for verifying the cost figure in your accounts.
Retention and how long we keep records
We retain financial records for a minimum of 6 years following the close of a facility, as required by UK financial regulations. Older records may be held in archived form; contact us if you need something from more than 6 years ago and we will advise on what is available.
