Sometimes you do not need a full payment holiday — just to move or skip one awkward collection because of a specific, one-off cash-flow gap. That is a smaller, quicker request, and we would much rather arrange it than have a payment fail.
Moving one payment
Often the cleanest answer is to move that single collection to a date a little later in the month when money reliably lands, rather than skip it. See can I reschedule a single repayment and can I change my payment date.
Skipping one payment
If you genuinely need to skip one and add it to the plan, ask us — a short extension or a one-off deferral can usually be arranged, and interest continues to apply in the meantime. Use the payment-extension route on our main site: request a payment extension. See also can I get a payment extension.
Ask before the date
The key is to ask before the collection is due, not after it fails. Contacting us early is never treated as a default. If a one-off is really a sign of a wider squeeze, see help if you are struggling to make a payment.
Credicorp lends to companies rather than to you personally, so this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime. That does not change the practical steps below.
