Statements

What should I do if a statement is missing?

If you go looking for a particular statement and it is not where you expect, it is usually either not yet issued, filed under a different facility, or simply further back in your history than you looked. Here is how to track it down.

Check the timing and the facility

A statement for the current period may not be issued yet — see how often statements are issued. If you hold more than one facility, make sure you are looking at the right one, as each has its own statement run — see how to tell a Flex statement from a Slice statement.

Look deeper in your history

Older statements are kept in your account history — see finding an old statement in your history and how long we keep your records. If you need a period that pre-dates what is shown, ask support to retrieve it.

If it genuinely is not there

If a statement that should exist is missing, contact us with the facility and the period and we will reissue it. You can also request a custom date-range statement covering the gap — see a statement for a custom date range. Do not assume a missing statement means a missing payment — check your payment history too.

Credicorp lends to companies rather than to you personally, so this is business finance outside the consumer-credit regime. That does not change the practical steps below.
