Step-by-step guides

How to manage your portal email notifications and alerts

Credicorp sends email notifications when things happen on your account — payments collected, drawdowns made, statements available, and so on. Here is how to view and change what you receive.

Step 1 — Open notification settings

  1. Sign in at clients.credicorp.co.uk/login.
  2. Go to Settings → Notification preferences (or Profile → Communications depending on your portal version).

Types of notification you can control

Payment confirmation
Sent when a direct debit is successfully collected. Off by default for users who do not want routine confirmations; switch on if you want a record every time.
Upcoming payment reminder
A heads-up 3 to 5 days before your next scheduled collection, so you can ensure your account has sufficient funds. Recommended if your cash flow is tight.
Statement available
Sent when a new monthly statement is ready to download. Useful if you download statements manually for your accounting records.
Drawdown confirmation
Sent when a Flex drawdown is approved and funds are sent. This confirms the amount and the receiving account.
Returned payment alert
Sent if a direct debit collection is returned by your bank. This is always on — you will always be notified if a payment fails.
Account change confirmation
Sent when any significant account detail changes — new user added, bank details updated, and similar. This is always on for security reasons.

Adding a second email address for notifications

If you want notifications to also go to your bookkeeper or finance manager, you can add a secondary notification email address. Go to Settings → Notification preferences → Add recipient. The second address receives the same notifications as the primary account email but does not have portal login access.

If notifications are going to your spam folder

Check your spam filter and whitelist notifications@credicorp.co.uk (and credicorp.co.uk as a sender domain) to ensure notifications arrive in your inbox. See how to check account emails are not going to spam for step-by-step instructions.
