Where to look
- Sign in and open Documents (or Account > Documents).
- Use the filter to jump to agreements, statements or letters.
- Download any item as a PDF; you can re-download as often as you like.
What you’ll find there
The agreement and Key Information Sheet set your terms; statements record the activity; letters capture anything we’ve formally written to you. Keeping your own copies means the documents stay with you even after a facility closes — while your account is open, the originals remain in the portal.
Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
