How do I add a PO number or cost code so it shows on my statements?

If your bookkeeping runs on cost codes, project references or purchase-order numbers, you can attach your own reference to the facility so it appears on statements and exports. It makes reconciliation quicker and keeps the finance cost sitting against the right job in your books.

How to add a reference

  • Go to Account > Company details > Your reference.
  • Enter the PO number, cost code or project reference you use internally.
  • Save — it will show on statements and in exported account history.

Good to know

This reference is for your convenience — it doesn’t change any terms, figures or how payments are allocated. If different drawings relate to different jobs, note that in your own records; the account-level reference is a single label for the facility as a whole.

Most of this is self-service in your customer portal, which is the fastest route and available at any time. Where a change needs our team to verify it, we say so and give a realistic turnaround so you can plan around it.
