Every significant action on your account — a user added, bank details changed, a drawdown approved, a role promoted — is recorded with who did it and when. The activity log is your own audit trail, and it is worth glancing at from time to time.
Where to find it
Go to Account > Activity. You will see a dated list of actions, each attributed to the user who performed it. You can filter by type of action or by date range, and export the log for your records or your accountant.
What to look for
- Changes you don’t recognise — a login from an unfamiliar place, or a change nobody on the team made.
- Actions by people who have since left and should no longer have access.
- A clean trail to show your auditor how account controls are operated.
If anything in the log looks wrong, secure the account first — change the password, review users — and then contact us.
Whenever a change touches money, access or your company’s data, we verify the request is genuinely from an authorised person before we act. We will never ask you to confirm full security details by email or phone to release information or push through a change — if a message pressures you to do that, treat it as suspicious and contact us to check.
