Requested the wrong amount, or changed your mind? A drawdown can often be cancelled if it hasn’t yet been paid out. The sooner you act, the simpler it is.
If it hasn’t paid yet
- Go to Account > Facility and find the pending drawdown.
- If a Cancel option is shown, use it — the request is withdrawn and no funds move.
- If there’s no cancel option, it’s already being processed; contact support straight away and we’ll stop it if we still can.
If it’s already in your account
Once funds have paid out, they’re drawn — but you can simply repay the amount back to reduce your balance and rebuild your headroom. Because interest is charged only on what’s drawn and for the time it’s drawn, repaying quickly keeps the cost of a mistaken drawdown to a minimum.
Your facility is priced with simple interest and the figures fixed up front on your Key Information Sheet, so nothing here changes what you owe by surprise — it only changes how you view, manage or evidence it.
