Will I get an email or a portal message when there is a decision?

You are notified when there is something to see, but the decision and your offer live in your secure portal — not in the body of an email. We may email to let you know there is an update; the detail itself sits behind your login where it is protected.

Why the portal, not email

Email is not a safe place for financial detail. Your offer, schedule and account information belong behind secure sign-in, which is why they live in your portal, reached at the client login. This is part of keeping your data safe.

Sign in and check your application status any time rather than waiting on a message — see how to check the status of your application. If an email nudges you, it points you back to the portal to see the detail.

If nothing has arrived

Check the portal first; a decision may already be waiting there. If you are genuinely stuck, a person can help or you can use general support. Once there is an offer, here is what accepting looks like.
