How do I get each new statement emailed to me automatically?

If you’d rather not remember to log in, you can have each new statement pushed to you. Depending on your preference, that’s either the statement notice with a secure link, or the document itself where that suits you.

How to enable it

  • Go to Account > Contacts & notifications > Statements.
  • Turn on notify me when a new statement is ready.
  • Choose the recipient — you, a shared inbox, or your bookkeeper.

A note on security

Because statements contain your company’s financial information, we’re careful about emailing sensitive documents to unconfirmed addresses. The default and safest route is a notice that a statement is ready, which you then download from the portal. If you want documents themselves emailed, we’ll confirm the destination address is genuinely yours first.

Whenever a change touches money, access or your company’s data, we verify the request is genuinely from an authorised person before we act. We will never ask you to confirm full security details by email or phone to release information or push through a change — if a message pressures you to do that, treat it as suspicious and contact us to check.
